My classes blend yoga, somatic awareness, and guided reflection to create space for a different kind of experience—one that is less about performing poses and more about noticing yourself within them.

Through breath, movement, sensation, and moments of curiosity, students are invited to slow down, listen inward, and explore how their bodies naturally respond. Familiar yoga shapes become opportunities to develop greater awareness, trust, and connection with what is happening in the present moment.

Rather than striving for a perfect pose, the practice emphasizes presence, choice, and relationship with yourself. The result is a class that feels grounding, spacious, and deeply personal—where movement becomes a pathway back to your own inner wisdom.
