Private Coaching
You don’t need to become someone new.
You need to stop leaving yourself when things feel uncertain.
My private coaching is for women who overthink, second-guess, and learned early to perform, please, or perfect in order to feel safe. Not because they’re broken — but because their nervous systems adapted to environments where mistakes, truth, or needs didn’t feel welcome.
If you’re exhausted from holding it all together…
If you freeze when decisions matter…
If you know what you want but can’t seem to trust yourself to move…
This work meets you there.
How I Work
I’m a trauma-informed Master Coach, and my work is grounded in nervous-system-aware, non-performative inner work. That means we don’t push for confidence, mindset shifts, or quick fixes.
Instead, we focus on rebuilding self-trust from the inside out.
In our work together, we slow down enough to:
recognize the patterns underneath overthinking and self-doubt
understand how your body learned to brace, freeze, or over-function
practice staying with yourself when discomfort arises
rebuild internal safety so choice no longer feels dangerous
This isn’t about becoming fearless.
It’s about learning how to stay with yourself even when fear is present.
ROOT Process™
My private coaching is guided by the ROOT Process™ — an evolving framework that shapes how I hold our work together.
ROOT is informed by my training, lived experience, and ongoing practice with clients. While our work is one-on-one and allows for open-ended exploration, it’s held within a steady, grounded arc — offering a rhythm that supports patterns to surface, soften, and reorganize over time, without forcing change or rushing insight.
We move through distinct phases — not according to a preset timeline, but in response to what your nervous system is ready for. Some sessions feel quiet and integrative. Others bring clarity, emotional movement, or new understanding. All of it is held with love and attention to safety rather than pressure.
ROOT is designed for women who don’t need more strategies — but need a different relationship with themselves when overthinking, doubt, or fear arise.
Self-trust doesn’t come from pushing through discomfort.
It grows when you learn how to stay with yourself inside it.
That’s the work this process supports.
What This Space Is Like
Our coaching relationship is a confidential, grounded space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or get it right.
I don’t position myself as someone who has all the answers.
I work with you — listening carefully, reflecting what you may not yet see, and gently challenging the rules you inherited about who you’re allowed to be.
Clients often tell me that this work feels:
steady rather than intense
relieving rather than demanding
honest rather than aspirational
That’s by design.
An Invitation
If you’re tired of trying to fix yourself…
If you’re ready for a quieter, truer way of coming home…
This might be a place to begin together.
What This Work Actually Looks Like
Our work together is grounded in the nervous system and shaped by your lived experience — not a formula or checklist.
Rather than pushing for insight or action, we focus on understanding what’s happening underneath your patterns and creating enough internal safety for something new to emerge.
Depending on what you’re navigating, our sessions may include:
slowing down overthinking so your body can settle
gently exploring the protective patterns you’ve relied on
working with emotions as they arise, without needing to fix them
reconnecting with parts of yourself you learned to set aside
practicing presence and embodiment in small, accessible ways
There’s no expectation to perform or “get it right.”
The work meets you where you are.
Between sessions, you may be invited into simple reflections or body-based practices — not as homework, but as ways to stay connected to yourself in real life.
What Becomes Possible
Change here doesn’t come from effort or willpower.
It comes from staying.
Over time, clients often notice:
less internal struggle when decisions arise
more capacity to pause instead of spiral
a steadier relationship with fear and doubt
a growing sense of trust in themselves
Some shifts are subtle.
Some are deeply clarifying.
All of them come from learning how to stay with yourself instead of leaving.
This Space Is a Fit If…
This work tends to resonate if:
you’re tired of trying to fix yourself
you’ve done personal growth before but still feel stuck in patterns
you’re curious about a quieter, more honest way of relating to yourself
you want support that’s grounded, not performative
If that feels familiar, this may be a place to begin.
“I feel more clear, expressed, and confident as a result.”

“Jen helped me not to judge my own difficult feelings and helped me confront them. She helped me to “go there,” feel the things I’d been dreading, and emerge better off. With her help, I realized that I could do it and feel better after processing difficult emotions.”
