I know what it feels like to be stuck—trapped in self-doubt, overthinking, and the endless need to get it “just right.” Those patterns have been with me my whole life. After my divorce, I finally started doing the inner work to heal them, to stop letting them run the show.

I’ve learned what it feels like to quiet the noise in my head, make choices with greater confidence, and move through life with more ease in my body and mind. And I keep practicing it every day— because self-trust isn’t a destination, it’s a relationship with yourself.

In my coaching, I create safe, trusting, and compassionate spaces where women struggling with self-doubt, overthinking, and the need to get it ‘just right’ can notice their patterns, release tension, and step into grounded confidence. Spaces where insights lead to real change, not just ideas.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me shedding happy tears over dog rescue videos, soaking up the sun, wandering in nature, and savoring an occasional fine tequila.
